Client Conduct & Professional Boundaries Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and therapists. To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of everyone in our studio, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following guidelines:

Professional Boundaries

All massage services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

Respectful Communication

We encourage open communication regarding comfort, pressure preferences, and health concerns. However, disrespectful, suggestive, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Draping & Privacy

Professional draping will be used at all times. Only the area being treated will be undraped to ensure privacy, comfort, and professionalism.

Personal Hygiene

Clients are expected to arrive in a clean and hygienic condition to maintain a pleasant experience for both client and therapist.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these policies or behaves in a manner that compromises safety or professionalism.
